Information

CNC turning refers to a method of turning using computer numerical control technology. CNC turning is based on a pre-designed CAD model to generate a program, and the program will automatically complete the turning process through computer-controlled parameters such as power, speed and position of machines such as milling machines/lathes. CNC turned part has become an important part of modern manufacturing because of its high precision, high efficiency and automation of production process. In fact, in industries such as automobiles, aircraft, and aerospace, CNC turning has been widely used and is playing an increasingly important role.

When manufacturing a CEC turned part, CAD design is first required. During this process, the designer draws the geometry of the part and determines the parameters of the final product in terms of size, material and weight. Next, CAM software is used to convert the CAD file to G-code format so that the CNC machine can read and understand it.

Once the CNC machine starts operating, it positions the tool in the correct position and moves automatically according to the G-code sequence to complete the entire turning process. Because CNC machines can be accurate to extremely small changes in position, they are more precise and controllable than traditional turning, and can be produced repeatedly at almost the same time.

One of the advantages of using CNC turning is that more complex parts can be produced quickly. CNC lathes are typically multi-axis operations and therefore have high precision and positioning capabilities that allow the manufacture of designs that were previously nearly impossible to produce. CNC turning also reduces the number of employees required in the manufacturing process and reduces the occurrence of pinching, wear and other manufacturing errors.

When we talk about CNC turned parts, we usually think of those parts, because they can fully demonstrate the high precision and customization of CNC technology. CNC turned parts can include housings, tools, trade exhibits, etc. made of various metal or plastic materials, these parts play a key role in many applications in electronics, military, transportation and many other fields.

However, CNC turning also offers value when designing precision machinery, such as high-pressure gas and liquid control instruments. Such instruments require high dimensional accuracy of mechanical parts, and by using CNC technology, a high degree of product consistency and stability of the manufacturing process can be achieved by matching the computer program with the machining process.

In short, CNC turned part has a wide range of applications in the field of manufacturing. It provides manufacturers with better solutions when producing parts with high precision and high complexity.

Liquid metal filling technology
"Liquid metal" is an amorphous alloy made of titanium, zirconium, nickel, copper and other metals. It has the characteristics of high strength, wear resistance and high strength/weight ratio. If there is something like liquid in it, it is: First, to make parts with this kind of metal, a method similar to plastic injection molding can be used, thereby greatly improving the accuracy of the parts. Second, the surface of this material is as smooth as a liquid to the touch. Hydraulic characteristics of liquid metal filling and flow process Currently in actual casting production, sand mold still accounts for a considerable weight, while liquid metal flows in the sand mold showing the following hydraulic power

How to reduce the energy consumption of injection molding
For an injection molding factory, the energy consumption of the injection molding process accounts for about 60%. Therefore, effectively reducing the energy consumption of the injection molding machine is an important way to save energy in the injection molding factory. With the continuous improvement of the energy-saving technology of the injection molding machine itself, reducing the overall energy consumption of the injection molding plant requires a comprehensive consideration from the aspects of production management, processing technology and materials, and supporting facilities for the production workshop. (1) The layout of the production workshop The production workshop layout focuses on two aspects: to meet the production requirements, while optimizing the layout according to the production process, it also meets the requirements for flexible energy use under specific production conditions. 1. Power supply, while meeting the power required for stable production
