Introduction to CNC machined part

1. It is CNC machined guide shaft support part.

2. The part material is steel AISI1040.

4. The part need do the oxide surface treatment after CNC machined process.

5. Each machining process, it need deburr and clean the fixture. it need well packaged to avoid scratch the surface during machining step. 

6. For part quality ensurance, we haev the IQC process for material coming. Each machining step, it need do first inspect for first step part, then give to inspector to inspect the quality, just qualified part can be go to the next machining step. Each batch part production, it need the on-site inspection based defect rate. after the whole batch part completed, we need do 100% finished part inspect before well packaged.  We have the OQC process before each PO delivery.

7. The whole part complete lead time need 5 days. We can do priority machining plan for urgent PO.
